Choosing our celebrant was a very important decision to make, so we spoke to a few. After talking to Vanessa we both felt she seemed perfect, and we were not disappointed. Vanessa is so friendly, bubbly, smiley, helpful and supportive, so much so that we both looked forward to seeing her there when we walked up to her on our special day. Our ceremony will be one of the highlights I will never forget, it's sad in a way that it's over. Everyone especially talked about how well Vanessa managed things when Tony jumped the gun on the "I DO" LOL. We will highly recommend anyone to Vanessa

We sent a few emails out to a couple of celebrants when we decided to marry in NZ. It was Vanessa I was instantly connected to with her instant warm words of support and advice of what we needed. She contacted the Auckland Council and Internal Affairs on various issues and even looked at tide times on our behalf. Our ceremony was perfect, exactly what we wanted, intimate and personal - a day to remember.

Vanessa is the most wonderful celebrant we could have wished for, she is very professional, kind and cheerful and we were really happy for her to marry us. We thought she made a lot of effort for our wedding, she came to our house to meet us before the wedding, she came to wedding venue to show the bride and brides maids how walk down the aisle, and then on the day she came to marry us.

The 17th January 2014 really was the best day ever. Vanessa, in her role of marriage celebrant ensured we were prepared for everything; what to do, what to say, what to expect. Arriving at the venue was more of an emotional roller coaster than I had expected, the calm and fun filled rehearsal the day before suddenly became a distant memory. Seeing Vanessa there when I arrived was incredibly reassuring, everything was going to be OK, even down to the rescue remedy she had on hand to calm our nerves. I knew all along Vanessa would be perfect in her important role, and she was. My wife and I appreciate everything that was done in such a friendly, caring, compassionate and professional way. We would recommend her services to anyone and everyone.

I didn't realise how important the role of celebrant was until we met Vanessa. Her energy and vision of what would make our day not only work, but be perfect, has given us a huge sense of relief.
